(You could also get a sterling cheque/UK postal order to us 1st class, within 48 hours and we will let you know when cheques arrive, clear and your goods are dispatched). We try to dispatch within 24 hours, other than for cheque clearance and at weekends or holidays. We will notify you of any delays. If you wish to cancel because of this you will get a full refund.
We dispatch items in plain packaging, which may be recycled. We may dispatch by other carriers than those stated.
We currently post to the UK and much of Europe, also the US and Canada, the Middle East, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. Please email for postal prices to non UK locations providing postcode and address. These items are likely to be very heavy. Non U.K. customers please note that by purchasing this product you are accepting responsibility for taxes and/or import duties on the shipment to your country. You also imply that you have contacted your customs office to thoroughly investigate import regulations before placing your order. We will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.
ITEM NOT ARRIVED
If your order does not appear to have arrived, we would appreciate your help with the following: Wait 7 days UK and Europe (10-14 day rest of the world) from the date of dispatch, then confirm non-delivery of your order by contacting us, giving name, address and item description. We will arrange for a duplicate refund to be sent. We will submit a claim to Royal mail, who may contact you to investigate the non-receipt/damage of your order. Please cooperate with them as fully and promptly as you can. Royal Mail processes the claim and, if approved, credits us.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have changed your mind please contact us within 14 days from receipt of order to arrange a return, please note that you are responsible for paying return postage if you change of mind or an item does not fit. Please note that you have a further 14 days to make the return. Should your goods be significantly not as described or faulty and requires returning, we will pay the return postage for you so that you are not out of pocket. Please contact us to discuss return postage method. A full refund of monies paid will be given once we have received the goods back in saleable condition, unless you received them faulty or damaged. For goods that are damaged on arrival please contact us to discuss refund/replacement. We would expect you to be able to provide evidence of damage. Returned item must be in saleable condition unless received damaged/faulty. If your item develops a fault, you have 30 days from receipt to return at our expense for your choice of a refund or replacement. After 30 days and up to six months we will attempt provide a replacement in the first instance. Thereafter if you feel your goods did not last a reasonable length of time we can negotiate a partial refund. We would expect you to be able to provide evidence of faults or premature wear.
