If you shop online with us we have to give your details to the carrier/courier company. We don't give them your phone number unless you authorise us to, (usually in cases of delivery problems). We retain your details until the window for disputes has past (6 months), then we delete them. We communicate only to facilitate the ordering, payment and delivery process. If you don't respond we remind you via e mail. We do not pass on your details to anybody else, or use your e-mail for our own marketing.
